The Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation supported the nomination of Nikolai Kharitonov, a member of the Presidium of the CPRF CC, a parliamentarian of the State Duma of all eight convenings, as a candidate from the party in the presidential elections of the Russian Federation in 2024.
His Victory Program is based on the fundamental principles formulated by the CPRF and focused on continuous and substantial increase of well-being of the common people. Nikolai Kharitonov will stand for changes in socio-economic policy, the development of industrial and agriculture and “new industrialization,” which requires the nationalization of the mineral resource base.
To implement this Program, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation has developed a budget, which provides for the inclusion of all savings in the investment program for the development of Russia.
Nikolai Kharitonov’s slogan will be the phrase: “We’ve played capitalism – that’s enough!”
