The imperialist plans of Turkish bourgeoisie

In recent decades imperialist plans of Turkish bourgeoisie have been transforming  into neo-Ottomanism and pan-Turkism and become an essential geopolitical factor in  the post-Soviet territory. Ideas with  deep roots coming from the past are now in demand by the Turkish bourgeoisie as an instrument for promoting imperialist ambitions within the boundaries of the former USSR and in other countries.

To the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Greece

Dear comrades!

The CPRF Central Committee expresses its solidarity to the Communist Party of  Greece, its members, allies and all  participants of protest in  commemoration of  the 47th anniversary of the uprising against the military junta  in the Polytechnic University of Athens.

We  have been closely following the situation  related to the hostile attack by the Greek police against the rally organized by the Communist Party of Greece and sharply condemn violent repressions against protesters as well as groundless arrests. Russian communists denounce the repressive policy of the ND – government in Greece that uses the pandemic as a pretext for implementation of anti-workers and anti-people’s measures.

We consider these actions as a desire of the capitalist class to strike a blow at the workers ‘ movement in Greece and the KKE as its vanguard.

Doing this way ND – government  will never avoid its responsibilities for the collapse of Public health system and the lack of necessary measures, leading to thousands of  deaths every day. Instead of terror the government must fulfill its commitments to the people.

CPRF demands an immediate stop of  arbitrary actions undertaken by the authorities. All those arrested must be released immediately. All social commitments must be executed.   NO to political outrage!

Our brothers in the South – East of Ukraine are waiting for this supply staying in trenches to defend the “Russian world”. Our common ancestors forged the Victory in 1945, which anniversary we celebrate this year. This was our common Victory over fascism. We have our common past. Nowadays we should help each other fighting for our common prosperous future.

The common residents of Donbas are in a great need of support and the Communist Party is trying to help them against all odds regardless getting reputation bonuses,  just from the open heart.

So far the Communist Party is the only organization rendering regular help and the residents of Donbas are aware that they can always count on us.

Information report on the XI (October) Plenum of the CPRF CC

The XI (October) Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist party of the Russian Federation was held on October 24, 2020.

Together with the analysis of current situation and reports the Plenum considered the issues related to the Left Patriotic Popular Front as well as its creation and struggle for workers’ rights and national interests of  Russia.

Due to restrictions imposed by the spread of the coronavirus infection, the Plenum was held in a format of video conference. The Red Line TV channel of the CPRF provided a live broadcast of the meeting. Hence, Party members, activists and supporters of the left forces in Russia and all over the world were capable of  watching the broadcast.

Reports submitted by Party leaders have considered their voter education in view of   upcoming State Duma elections of 2021 about.

G. A. Zyuganov, the Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee made a closing speech with the analysis of the current situation in Russia against the background of growing Russophobia in the world.

He underlined that at present, our country is facing a number of external threats like  economic sanctions, military pressure, political provocations and information attacks. In a new type of war unleashed against Russia, transnational capital relies on a so-called “fifth column” inside the country. Russia’s allies are also under the blow. Globalists are cruelly mocking Ukraine. They are trying to undermine the situation in Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Shortly we may face new attempts to shake up political situation in Kazakhstan, Moldova and Pridnestrovie (Transnistria).

Currently Russia’s ruling circles do not provide an effective response to the growing challenges and threats. The government keeps on giving priority to benefits of the oligarchy totally ignoring the interests of common people.

The leader of the Communist Party emphasized the viciousness of the government’s draft Federal budget for 2021 and the upcoming “three-year period”. This document once again has revealed the essence of the ongoing socio-economic course which is liberal in ideology and destructive in its results. He also commented on the situation with the elections held in September 2020 and the necessity of unification of all progressive forces under the banner of a broad Popular Front.

He said that on a single voting day held on September 13, 2020, in the Russian Federation there were election campaigns of various levels. During these elections, the Communist Party was able to enlist support of new strata of voters because party’s program was considered as the program of popular interests. So, based on this program  the creation of a broad Popular Front based on the proletarian strata is quite essential.

The CPRF will maintain a class approach to the labor movement, to all employees and exploited workers. It requires an Alliance with those movements that protect the interests of the workers and other groups of the proletariat. And, of course, such an Alliance does not imply the erosion of the Communist party, but requires, as Lenin taught, a clear focus on the tasks of the Party.

In conclusion G. A. Zyuganov called on the Party activists to strengthen the propaganda of the Communist party’s program proposals, expand preparations for the State Duma elections, and work more widely to consolidate the forces of the Left – Patriotic Popular Front.

G. A. Zyuganov: the Communist party Faction will not support the Federal draft budget for 2021.

Prior to the upcoming vote on the draft law of the 2021 Federal budget, the Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee and the leader of the CPRF faction in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov told reporters  that the faction would not support it.

“We are going to implement a Patriotic program and our proposed budget is the budget of development. The one which has been introduced to us, our faction does not support, ” noted comrade Zyuganov.

As per his statement the Communist party has prepared its own draft  budget, which is of 33 trillion rubles.

According to the CPRF CC Chairman the draft budget submitted by the government is unable not ensure national economic growth. It does not provide financial support of measures aimed at combating demographic crisis, poverty and does not include guarantees of an eight-hour working day, as well as development of electrical engineering and aircraft construction. It also does not include money for support of  Children of War.

“This is not a budget for development, this is a budget for a liberal epidemic,” G. Zyuganov said.
